Dominik Beck

Dominik Beck is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Fidelium. He has over 15 years’ experience in the field of turnarounds and special situation investments.

Prior to founding Fidelium, Dominik spent over six years with the Quantum Group (Quantum Capital Partners), where he was mainly involved in identifying, assessing, and executing new investment opportunities. As one of two co-executives and co-partners, he played a major role in the growth and development of Quantum. During his time at Quantum, the number of portfolio companies increased from one to seventeen. Over the same period, the Quantum Group’s revenue rose from €35 million to almost €1 billion.

Before joining Quantum, Dominik spent two years as an Investment Associate at Aurelius AG (now Aurelius Equity Opportunities SE & Co KGaA), having gained initial experience in investment banking at JP Morgan and Lazard and in legal services at Linklaters.

Dominik studied business administration and commercial law in Nuremberg, Vienna, and Dublin.
